Education & Training

Develop your own people to create, deliver and support great training programmes.

Sometimes, you just need someone who knows your business, your people and can hold a successful pre-shit meeting or even deliver a really great training session.

Our Teaching & Training programmes are a great investment. Not only are they are cost-effective, but they can help organisations develop a real training culture within their business, making sure that future managers and leaders have the skills and knowledge to succeed – and know how to pass them on!

The nationally recognised qualifications will meet the needs of a range of assessors, teachers and trainee teachers who would like to gain a qualification which focuses on practical teaching and/or assessing. The qualifications are delivered by a mixture of classroom sessions, completion of a portfolio of evidence and observation of practice.

The Level 3 Award is intended for those who assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the work environment, for example, a workshop, classroom or other training environment.

The Level 4 Certificate is appropriate for those with some experience of teaching and training. This could include individuals who are not currently teaching and training but who can meet the practice requirements outlined in the mandatory and optional units. It is also appropriate for individuals currently working as assessors who wish to achieve a teaching qualification.
